I had a warranty issue with an item I bought from cpwshop, and they got it sorted without making it a big ordeal. Their replies came through quickly, and the replacement/refund didn’t take too long either. You can usually tell a lot about a shop when something goes wrong, and in this case I came away happy with how they handled it.

I liked that the product details were laid out clearly, so I didn’t feel like I had to take a chance or guess what I was getting. I usually double-check everything before buying, and this made it easier to feel comfortable with the purchase.

My order from cpwshop.com showed up today, the item was in really good shape. The box had, like, a tiny dent on it, but nothing inside was damaged or anything. It looks just like I expected and, so far, it works fine. Overall, I’m happy with it...

I’ll give them credit that there weren’t any surprise fees at checkout, which I appreciated. Everything was shown before I paid. That said, when I had a question about the charges, the response felt a little dismissive, like they just wanted to move me along

It actually arrived fast, so no complaints there. The only annoying part was that the tracking updated late, which is on whoever runs this because I had no idea where it was for a bit.

I’ve tried using the codes a few times, they only work sometimes. When they do, it’s great, but it’s kind of frustrating having to test a bunch that don’t go through. Some of the extra steps feel unnecessary too, especially when the code ends up not working anyway...

So... customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple of days. They ended up sorting out my issue, which I appreciate, but the response time definitely could’ve been quicker.

I reached out to customer service for help, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It kind of felt like they were just trying to wrap up the chat and move on from it. It wasn’t the worst experience or anything like that, but yeah, I was disappointed

Got my return sorted out without much hassle at all... it was way easier than I expected!! Smooth experience overall!!!

Not gonna lie, the item itself was totally fine and pretty much what I expected. The only downside was the shipping cost ended up being more than I thought it would be...

I ordered from CPW Shop the tracking updates were solid. I could see when my order was packed, shipped, and finally out for delivery, which helped calm my impatient little heart a lot. There was one day where the tracking just didn’t move at all, and I definitely had a dramatic moment wondering if my package had vanished into the universe. But thankfully, it updated again the next day. The package showed up in good shape and close to the expected delivery date. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall it was a good experience, and I’d order from them again.
